Our prices are all listed to include GST, we list honest, realistic prices, no tricks.
The following prices are a guide to indicate our usual charges. These are not quotes on repairing a device sight unseen.
Windows Desktop PC service prices:
- Quick service: $50
- Normal service: $100 – 150
- Complex or extended issues: $250+
Typical turn around time for simple issues is 48hrs or less.
For complex issues it could take a week or more depending on the work to be done, parts ordering etc. We keep all common parts in stock. Most parts are overnight delivery otherwise.
Windows laptop service prices:
- Quick service: $50
- Normal service: $100 – 150
- Complex or extended issues: $250+
- Replace LCD screen: $250+

Replacement laptop screens are shipped to us and delivered within 48hrs. Sometimes we can save a bit on the cost of the screen by importing it and we may offer that as an option at the time.
Apple ipod, ipad, iphone device repair prices
The cost may vary if there is a lot of damage. Typically it is the glass digitizer or the lcd and maybe the home button that needs replacing but it all depends on the fault type. For standard repairs like screen replacement the costs are:
- iphone 3: $88
- iphone 4: $143
- ipod touch: $99
Repair time varies depending on the difficulty of the job, whether it is water damaged, if parts need to be ordered etc.
Apple mac and mac book prices
- General service fee: $150
- Replacement screens: $250 – 400
- Replacement casings etc: $150 – 400
Prices depend on the model, screen size, how badly damaged etc.
In general these prices above are on average what we charge.
If you just want to buy parts we can sell them at competitive prices.
Please note that fees will vary if new parts are required and we will advise you of any significant charges before commencing any additional work.
Sometimes it is more feasible to purchase a new device when the parts outlay the cost of a new unit. We will advise you if this is the case with your device.
