Getting connected to ADSL? Are you ready to make the move from dialup to broadband? Once you do it’s hard to go back. The convenience of always on, fast, reliable, simple internet access that doesn’t monopolise your phone line is a terrific service. ADSL plans start at about $30 for very simple home usage to check email and a bit of browsing up to $150 for businesses or families that require faster connections with more download allowance.
You will find that if you can bundle a few services with a company like Optus or Bigpond you can get excellent savings and bonuses like free calls. For a standalone ADSL connection I normally recommend Exetel for people that don’t need hand-holding technical support. If you are more technically needy and want 24hr help desk then Westnet or iinet are decent choices.
You can find detailed comparisons of most Australian broadband providers on the Whirlpool site along with other ADSL reviews and plan details.
If you would like your ADSL connection setup for you or you need help configuring your modem please call 02 4950 1140 and book an on-site appointment. |
